Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Line Perfect app and this website, provided by NETKREATIVES BV, Volaardestraat 88, 9200 Dendermonde, Belgium, enterprise number 0638.905.445. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Using Line Perfect

Line Perfect helps you rehearse and memorise scripts. You may use it for your own personal and professional rehearsal. You must be at least 13 years old.

Your scripts

Your scripts, notes, recordings and takes remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to import, record and share them, for example under the licence that came with a play or an audition sides. Do not use the app to copy or distribute scripts you are not allowed to share.

Subscriptions

• A sample scene is free. Importing and rehearsing your own scripts needs a weekly or yearly subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If your subscription ends, you can still read, export and delete your existing scripts.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Line Perfect reliable and useful, but features may change, and some depend on your device, iOS version, language or settings (for example on-device listening and scene help). We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.

Liability

The app is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data: please keep your own copies using the export in Settings → Your data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
